Austock Managed Accounts
Austock Managed Accounts provides highly
efficient professional portfolio management and administration for
investors. There is no requirement for you to receive personal or
general advice before every change (although a Client Choice
Mandate accommodates this traditional approach).
Single HIN but separate
accounts
At the core of Austock Managed Accounts is
sophisticated portfolio management software that enables all
investors’ holdings to be pooled into one custodial HIN to attract
the benefits of pooled dealing and custody, but separately accounts
for each investor’s holdings at all times. As a client you retain
beneficial ownership of an identifiable portfolio of shares, not an
interest in a pooled fund.
Austock Managed Accounts administers and
transacts assets at a collective level while providing detailed
reporting on investments at the individual client level.
This modern sophisticated form of portfolio
management administration, also known as Separately Managed
Accounts, means that the costs of administering and dealing are
significantly reduced compared with clients transacting directly in
the market or alternative administrative plaforms.
Investor Types
Do you get fed up administering
your own portfolio but are otherwise happy making your own
selections, with the occasional help of a stockbroker or
planner?
Or
Are you looking to hand over
responsibility for daily investment decisions to a professional
fund manager or stockpicker with the administration taken care
of?
Or
Are you looking for a quality low
turnover index style portfolio you can set and largely forget
about?
In each case, Austock Managed Accounts can
provide a solution.
At the core of the Austock Managed Accounts is
portfolio management software that enables the efficient
implementation of trades, and full administration including
capturing all corporate actions and tax related information. An
overall audit of the systems and processes ensures administrative
reporting can be provided in a summarised report suitable for
immediate inclusion in a tax return.
