Steven Gregg

Executive Chairman

Steven joined Austock Group Limited in November 2009 and brings with him over 27 years experience in investment banking and management consulting. He has held many senior positions, including Global Head of Investment Banking at ABN Amro and CEO of ABN Amro (UK). After spending 17 years in London, Steven returned to Australia in 2005, joining McKinsey & Company as a senior partner in corporate finance and financial institutions.  He is currently a consultant with Grant Samuel Group and serves as a director on the Boards of Goodman Fielder, William Inglis & Sons and Sunshine Homes.

Paul Masi

Chief Executive Officer

Paul has been a director of Austock Group Limited since March 2010 and has over 28 years experience in a distinguished international career in Investment Banking. Paul was formerly the CEO of Bank of America – Merrill Lynch Australia and prior to that he was head of Merrill Lynch’s equity operations in Asia. He has also held senior management positions at BZW and ABN Amro in Australia and New York. Paul has sat on various Australian Securities Exchange committees since 1995. In 2003 he was elected to the Board of the Securities and Derivatives Industry Association (SDIA) and named Chairman of The Institutional Broking Committee.

Non-Executive Director

Martin was appointed a director of Austock Group in December 2011.  He is a founder, former director and substantial shareholder of Austock and brings with him over 35 years industry experience in stockbroking and funds management.  Martin is presently an executive director of Mutual Ltd, a specialist funds management business, and advises to Austock Life Limited as its Investment Manager.

Bill Bessemer

Non-Executive Director

Bill initially joined Austock in 1995 and became chairman of the Group in 1999 until 2010.  Following a brief retirement Bill resumed as a director of Austock in February 2012.Bill has over 40 years experience in banking and finance, specifically in the areas of debt and equity structuring, mergers and acquisitions and business recoveries.  He was a shareholder and director of a boutique corporate advisory business involved in all areas of investment banking.  He also held several senior management roles and directorships with companies owned by the ANZ Banking Group.
