Austock Private Equity Limited is a company that recommends investments in growing Australian businesses on behalf of three funds.  Austock Private Equity is a provider of patient equity capital, management advice and strategic board direction to unlisted and listed emerging companies.

The two funds managed by Austock Private Equity include:

1.     Future Capital Development Fund

2.     AG Fund

In addition, ADBO Fund, a private investment fund, has made available $10 million for investment.

Future Capital Development Fund, is listed on the Australia Pacific Exchange (APX); a stock exchange tailored to meet the needs of small, growth companies and is regulated by ASIC.  This fund is open to public investment and has been structured as a Pooled Development Fund.
